CEGW classes for girls ages 5 and up are divided into levels and ages. All beginner gymnast start in Starters and progress through the levels by mastering the skills in each level. Classes consist of all the Olympic Events - vault, bars, beam and floor as well as trampoline. Perfect for those who are interested in gymnastics and not sure where to start!
