What do students do in a class and how do I track their progress?

All classes begin with a warm-up to prepare for athletic activity. Every class uses a curriculum developed from certified coaches. Students are promoted and taught at their individual pace. When your child has mastered all the skills in her level, his/her instructor will then inform you that they are ready for the next level.

Can parents watch?

Yes.  Anytime!

My child is interested in joining team. What does she need to do?

Athletes who achieve the necessary requirements to promote into Level 2 will be given the opportunity to join our team program. Level 2 athletes will get to choose from a list of competitions to enter.

Advancing to Level 3 to Level 10 is based on skill acquisition and mastery. CEGW has one of the largest and most successful Team Programs in the area.  Come and see what the excitement is about!
