Starters

Ages 5 and up

Programs for Children age 5 years and older are designed to challenge students while promoting confidence and self-esteem. Gymnastic develops girls' flexibility, strength, agility and overall fitness.  Research shows that children who participate in gymnastics at a young age are more proficient at other sports.

 

CEGW classes for children ages 5 and up are divided into levels and ages. All beginners start at Starters and progress through the levels by mastering the skills in each level. Classes consist of all the Olympic Events - vault, bars, beam and floor as well as Trampoline and Dance.  Games and Activities for fitness are also included! Starter classes are 55 mins in length.

Once skills are mastered, children will be promoted to Advanced and then Progressive classes. 

Trampoline & Tumbling 

Starters

Ages 8 and up

For boys & girls who are looking to improve skills on floor, trampoline & Tumble-trak. Strength and flexibility activities are included to improve basics for more advanced trampoline and tumbling skills. Once skills are mastered, children will be promoted to Advance T & T.  Each class is 55 mins in length.

Parkour/Free Running

Ages 5 and up

For boys & girls who love to "climb" the walls... literally!  Fun filled classed designed to teach kids how to move their bodies over, under, and around obstacles safely and efficiently.  We even have a 12' warped wall that will challenge even the most dedicated athletes.  Come and get the body moving! Each class is 55 mins in length.

Once skills are mastered, children will be promoted to Advanced and then Progressive classes.
